The tram stop is right outside the hotel. It made travel to the airport simple. Staff members were always ready to help with any request I had. The hotel offered a daily breakfast, a spread of vast and delicious options. I found it good.
The reception needs upgrades. The carpets require change. I found no pool or relaxing area.

The hotel is close to the airport tram. It made getting around easy. The room had lovely huge mirrors. They were perfect for taking pictures.
The air conditioning unit only allowed hot air during the evenings. I had to open the windows because of this policy. The hotel is on a very busy road. People constantly smoke outside there, so it was impossible to sleep.

The room had a well kept climate control system. I found the housekeeping service to be punctual and thorough. The hotel provided complimentary bottled water daily. It was a nice touch.
The soundproofing could be slightly improved.

Great Spot Near the Tram
efficient staffclean roomsecure parking
the hotel staff was helpful and efficient.. i needed to recover from a surgery, and the room was always clean and well-kept. also, the secure car park was convenient since i rented a car. i especially liked the 20-minute drive to the airport.
i noticed the soundproofing wasn't great, i could clearly hear noise from the hallway, and my neighbour's sneezes.

The hotel's personnel demonstrated efficiency and attentiveness to my needs . They maintained a friendly disposition throughout my stay and were readily available to provide assistance.
