helpful service perfect pool area fresh food
the receptionist carried my bag to my room upon arrival i found the service very helpful the pool area was perfect for relaxing with a book it had a library on the upper terrace breakfast included fresh food and a great variety of turkish options
the room's hot water wasn't very hot

fantastic kaleici stay!
friendly receptionist great pool helpful staff
i loved that my bags were carried right to my room when i arrived, the receptionist spoke english too which was great! the pool area was lovely. i spent time there reading a book! breakfast included a great variety of fresh items, one of the best turkish breakfasts i've had. the staff were friendly and so helpful!
the noise was bad, i had difficulty sleeping. the nearby bars and clubs played music loudly until 3 am. the sound really penetrated the rooms.

fantastic stay!
comfortable bed friendly receptionist awesome staff good english
i loved the room my bed was super comfortable it was great the receptionist was so friendly he made me feel welcome he showed me the parking and my room his english was really good i really appreciate him the staff are awesome!
the hotel is only reachable by taxi ordering a transfer is important because otherwise walking ten minutes is needed to reach the hotel a few stairs must be climbed before getting to the elevator

breakfast was basic but nice i was surprised bottled water was rationed i think it would be better to have unlimited bottled water available throughout the day

loud music noise issue
the staff was helpful. i found the building interesting.
the noise at night was bad. nearby bars played very loud music until after 3 am. it made sleeping difficult. the music penetrated the room. i found this unacceptable.

the location was convenient for exploring. the courtyard was quite lovely. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations.
