the king sized bed was comfortable , i appreciated the spacious mini fridge. the reception staff allowed us to rest in a temporary room when i arrived early. they also granted an early check-in by five hours , which was very helpful.
the phone did not work in my room , which was slightly inconvenient.

The location was quite accessible. An-Nabawi mosque is just a short walk. There are also many shops along the street. Buying food was straightforward. The staff were also helpful. The front desk was nice, and Juwel Rana, the room cleaning person, was great and provided excellent service.
The room was small, though I did not use the wardrobe as it was not working properly. The sliding door did not slide, very inconvenient. The room faced the dual carriageway, so it was noisy late into the night and after Fajr.

The hotel provided complimentary high-speed WiFi, with speeds reaching approximately 72 Mbit and s. This allowed for seamless connectivity. I did not experience extensive waiting times. There was also a good variety of food available.

The building is conveniently near Masjid-e-Nabawi Gate. This location is just a brief walk. The surrounding area includes many shops, which allows guests to procure necessities easily. The location was perfect. Though the parking was expensive.

The room service was excellent. I found the staff to be highly responsive to requests. Housekeeping was very cooperative. They were always available to assist with cleaning. I found Milon to be particularly good. He provided superb service.

The location was perfect, a very short walk to the masjid. (i timed it-less than five minutes!) the staff was helpful. I especially appreciated osama from the reception team, he was very kind. i also got a parking spot, free, every time i needed it .
the room interior was quite basic, i expected more from the room.

The front desk was helpful. They assisted with directions and information about local attractions. the staff offered prompt room service. Requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently. i found them always smiling and willing to assist.

The hotel is close to the mosque. It is barely a 5 minute walk from the women's section. i used gate 326 to enter. there are many shops nearby. we booked three rooms. Initially, we were split on different floors, but one room was changed the next day, and we were given rooms opposite each other.
i was disappointed, amenities such as the phone, kettle, and safe were not functioning properly. although the staff did fix the phone, they neglected to address the other issues.
