The hotel provided a convenient shuttle to the mosque. This service saved considerable time and effort. My room was adequately clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained it well throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet featured several options, including fresh pastries and fruit, which I found satisfying. All staff members, from reception to dining, demonstrated excellent hospitality and attentiveness.
I noticed a slight delay at check-in due to a minor system issue. This caused a brief wait, but it was eventually resolved efficiently.

the breakfast Buffet meet expectations.
hot water in the shower wasn't consistent. we had to call more than once for fixes. the reception staff could improve customer service, especially communication. the team of Bangladeshi workers tried their best, but it wasn't enough.

My room had a big window. The short walk to the Haram was also very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttle driver helped me a lot.
There was a big project next to the place, which extended the walk time.
