Mediocre stay with a couple of hiccups

I found a couple of things quite annoying . First, the pool area was oddly located on the first floor, so it was quite windy. There was also NO sun in the early afternoon, made swimming less enjoyable. Second, the restaurant was CLEARLY understaffed, I mean REALLY. The staff who WERE there were lovely, but they couldn't keep up with the demand.

The curtains had stains and were not cleaned despite my report. I also found parking very limited making it hard to find a spot. Another inconvenience was the lack of toothpaste in the room I had to request it twice and waited almost thirty minutes to receive it. These issues were frustrating .

the breakfast offered good value for money there was a variety of options. the location proved very useful given the buildings in the area are now completed. the room was spacious and quiet offering a relaxing atmosphere.

i found the response to requests for amenities to be quite slow this was frustrating. some of the housekeeping staff seemed clumsy occasionally forgetting items. the air conditioning did not perform very well as it stopped and started frequently.

the check-in process was smooth thanks to hannah. the room was spacious and included comfortable beds (we slept so well!). the location was great for accessing the 7s stadium, a huge plus for us. roney, the cleaning staff, was always attentive and ready to help.

customer service at reception was sometimes a little below average.

The restaurant provided really good service and demonstrated amazing kindness. The room was very comfortable and i enjoyed restful sleep. The staff responded quickly to my inquiries and requests. I found the value for money to be appropriate for the level of service received.

The housekeeping was inconsistent . The cleaning schedule seemed to vary, and sometimes no one came. Getting specific items like extra towels proved difficult due to limited availability.

Really good Hospitality and Great Amenities

I found great value for the money. I appreciated Asheni's really good hospitality at the Urban Deli restaurant. She was cute and caring. The hotel also provided a daily shuttle service to the beach and town. The traffic access to the location is excellent. It took only ten minutes to reach midtown.

The air conditioning was slightly loud and I couldn't adjust the fan speed. The refrigerator didn't cool my drinks adequately.

The room was a king bed guest room. It included a balcony which was pleasant. There was a large net on the balcony door for sleeping with the door open.
