My room was quite dark. I had to turn on the lights even during the day. There were some minor issues with the paint in both the bedroom and the bathroom. I did not like it.

The staff knew multiple languages. I heard them speaking French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. My room was cleaned meticulously each day, and they changed the towels daily. Security measures included 24-hour surveillance, and the automatic door closed at 10 p.m. I had a nice view overlooking the city.
It realistically fit only one person at a time.

The staff was warm and thoughtful. They allowed me to store my luggage early and later sent it to my room. I arrived before check-in, so I really appreciated this gesture, the check-in process being very simple and swift.

The hotel had a quiet atmosphere in a great location. It was only a short walk from various shops and restaurants. I came from the airport by train. It was about a seven minute walk from Saint Michel-Notre Dame station. Notre Dame is within easy walking distance.

I stayed for a few nights and found the location quite advantageous. It was a short walk to several metro stations. The room had a double bed and a single bed and I appreciated the ample storage. Staff decorated the room with bunting and balloons for my birthday! What a good surprise!
The room was tiny! It was difficult for me to open my suitcases. I arrived early and left my bags at reception. Later, I found my bags were wet, some clothes were soaking. There was no apology or help to dry the clothing and bags.
