excellent stay near gare de lyon
convenient location clear direction complimentary cake nearby cafe
the location was convenient near gare de lyon and the metro station. it was easy to find with clear directions. the staff offered complimentary tea, coffee and cake in the lobby, it reminded me of a nice touch. i appreciated the proximity to cafes, a supermarket, and the chemist.
the single elevator only stopped on intermediate floors, requiring some effort with larger suitcases.

the team provided excellent service and were very helpful with various inquiries. the staff members were cordial and maintained a smiling attitude. their assistance ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process.

helpful staff english books perfect location
The staff were helpful. I found books in English in my room. The location is perfect if you arrive from the Gare de Lyon.
I could hear other guests walking in the corridor.

convenient proximity friendly staff complimentary lounge tasty snacks
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Gare de Lyon. The staff was very friendly! Drinks and great snacks such as freshly baked cake and fresh fruit were available in the communal area, what a treat!
The elevator is quite tiny. It's a bit of a squeeze.
