Adequate stay. Sauna was not excellent
sauna fee uncomfortable steam bath
the sauna required an extra fee. it included just two small sauna spaces. the showers in the fitness area lacked a relaxation room. the steam bath needed cleaning. it was uncomfortable.

convenient location and modern amenities
convenient location quiet street grocery store comfortable bed
the hotel was close to the train station. it was situated on a quiet side street, so noise wasn't an issue. i found a lidl grocery store nearby, very handy for snacks. i also discovered an amazing ethiopian restaurant close by. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep and the shower was refreshing.
i thought the plastic cups for tea and coffee in the room felt a bit cheap.

the staff was generally helpful with directions, though sometimes they seemed a bit preoccupied, i believe. they quickly addressed a minor issue with my room card. i appreciated their prompt response, though!

I had breakfast once. The offerings included freshly baked baguettes and a selection of cheeses. croissants were also available, and they tasted quite good. the coffee machine worked well, and there were several juice options available.

my room featured a modern design with sufficient space for luggage. the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. the climate control worked effectively, and i found the room temperature easy to adjust to my liking, though the settings were not intuitive.

the hotel's proximity to the train station proved very useful for my travels, it really did. many restaurants were within walking distance, and i found plenty of options. the area felt safe to walk around in the daytime, though at night it was a little more subdued.

short curtain dirty cups
I found a couple of things less than stellar, frankly. The shower curtain was too short. Water went all over the place after each shower. the plastic cups in the room weren't replaced even when dirty. Apparently, housekeeping doesn't extend beyond mere towel replacement.

a few issues with the room and amenities
malfunctioning air conditioning faulty elevator
the location was very convenient with easy access to the train station.
The air conditioning did not cool the room below 19 degrees celsius. The room was warm at night. the elevator buttons also did not work correctly to select a floor. It was frustrating.

city travel pass comfortable bed clean room
The location worked great for me. A short walk got me to the lake. the provided city travel pass was awesome (it even covered the airport). the room had a very comfortable bed and was very clean, which i appreciate.
the air conditioning made a strange noise sometimes.

Convenient Location and Clean Rooms
good location helpful receptionist clean room organised space
The location was quite good. I walked about five minutes to the train station. Receptionists were helpful. They spoke English. I found the room clean and neatly organised.
The shower pressure was low, made rinsing a little difficult. This is the only minor inconvenience I experienced.

The location is convenient. A short walk led me to the lake. There were many eating options nearby. Supermarkets were on the main road, very useful to me.
