staff were friendly and helpful. I received A free ticket for city buses . the room was excellent, really charming. I would book again for my next trip.
there werent enough plugs near the bed. This was an inconvenience for charging devices at night. I hope they address this issue in future.

I found the location excellent, near the lake. staff were helpful. i had a really big, quiet room with lots of light and a very comfy bed with good pillows. the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Everything was super clean!

The staff were attentive from the first moment i entered the hotel. This provided attention continued until i left.
The room was shabby and dated. the sheet on the bed had dried blood on it, unacceptable. there was a screw in the bathroom doorway that was sticking up. I hurt my toe on it. the remote control did not work. I had to ask twice before it was changed.

The location is very close to the lake. The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! The staff was really helpful and accommodating. I found the bed to be especially comfortable. It helped me relax after long days.
The kitchenette had minimal crockery.
