a christmas dream in a charming space

I felt immediately welcome in this hotel. the location felt quiet and safe, and it was so close to the metro. the staff was kind. I enjoyed practicing my french with them (they were patient with my attempts!). the homemade christmas goodies left on our door were a good surprise, a sweet and personal touch.
the pictures created a slightly different expectation. the room felt small even considering typical accommodations, and i found it difficult to organize my belongings with limited space. i think a full-length mirror and in-room coffee and tea facilities would enhance the experience.

the team provided very accommodating and attentive service, especially during breakfast, and i found them eager to assist with requests (and language practice!). the christmas surprise felt special and reflected care.

the room i stayed in felt smaller than expected. photos online gave a different impression, suggesting more space than there actually was. the bathroom seemed particularly cramped. also, the coffee at breakfast was not good, i needed to find milk to make it drinkable.

The super nice team. One person at the front desk gave me great advice on exchanging currency. i enjoyed the delicious pizza place across the street (the crust was amazing!) and the halal indian food next door. the breakfast pastries and continental options were also lovely.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided complimentary cake in the lobby each evening. there were metro lines nearby, made getting around convenient. the room had air conditioning, a plus during warmer days.
the shower lacked sufficient pressure. i also noticed the sink drained slowly.
