the hotel had a recent refurbishment, so it looks very swish now. i enjoyed the use of the spa pool very much, it felt really relaxing. the staff worked well, they seemed like a group of friends among them and with me.
the room facilities was quite spartan, i did not find any drinking water or tea and coffee station. hot water in the shower wasnt hot enough at all times, the pressure was also poor. the breakfast i saw on the menu was mostly carbs, baked goods, and no hot food or vegetables, i did not like it.

i found the staff very friendly. there was a coffee machine available all day, providing excellent coffee. pastries from breakfast were also available later, a nice treat upon arrival. i was able to check in early, which i appreciated.
the hot water in the shower was not consistently hot, and the water pressure was quite low.
