The location had great access to the metro. The area felt secure, a real plus. I appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby, very convenient. Daisy at the front desk was very helpful!

The breakfast had limited options. That was disappointing. I could hear it often. I also found the pillows to be old. A real issue for comfort. I think they could be better!

The location was great. It was close to metro stations and the montparnasse train station.

The noise levels bothered me. i could clearly hear other guests laughing and yelling through the walls at night. The soundproofing was really lacking.

The location was convenient for accessing metro lines. A farmer's market nearby offered local products on Saturday. The staff (Antony and Daisy) were helpful and friendly. (I especially appreciated their smiles!)

The soundproofing was not sufficient, and I could hear noises from the hallway. The check-in process took a considerable amount of time. There seemed to be some confusion about the city tax during checkout.

The manager at reception was very helpful .

The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noise from the corridor and stairs. I also noticed no total darkness in the room because there were no shutters, and light came in under the door. It was upsetting.

I loved that this location is GREAT. It is steps from the Metro and near a train station. A vibrant wonderful neighborhood surrounds the hotel. The staff was excellent. Anthony speaks excellent English. He is VERY helpful and has a fine sense of humor!

this hotel boasts a perfectly central spot. i found that it makes moving around effortless. i appreciated being one minute from a main metro line. Gare Montparnasse is only five minutes away and tons of bus lines are accessible.
