Really good stay!
effective air conditioning fresh bread spacious elevator
The air conditioning worked well, important. I controlled the temperature. Fresh bread arrived each morning. The elevator was larger than those usually found in Europe.

lovely stay with a great location
clean room perfect location cute staff modern bathroom
The room was very clean when i arrived. the location worked well (it is near champs elysee). cedric and the cleaning ladies are very cute. This helped. the bathroom has modern features like towel warmers. i appreciated the hot shower and nice mirrors.
the noise from the street during the early hours was a bit annoying.

Everyday i got the best croissant with nespresso readily available in my room. This was a treat. the included breakfast was delivered to the door each morning. This was also welcome.

i used the elevator to get my luggage to the floor i stayed on, it was useful. i also had a mini terrace (i loved spending time there). the fridge was also a nice feature.

The room had a sizable space with a surprisingly spacious ensuite. the room had a coffee maker and a toaster. These were nice. it felt more like having my own apartment.

the guest service is very friendly. the staff were excellent and very attentive. the cleaning ladies are so cute (they do a great job).

street noise bad smell
I found a couple of issues . The noise from the street at night was very annoying. The floorboards also squeaked loudly with every step. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains, unpleasant.
