i loved the proximity to supermarkets and food places (many were open 24 hours!). the hotel's location near the metro made exploring the city super easy. the breakfast and gym facilities was superb. staff members were friendly and helpful.

the pool attendant gave us towels and monitored the area. he paid attention to everything. the rooms were cleaned constantly. the cleaner left a note if the 'do not disturb' button was on. breakfast included fruits, juices and other items at our request.
the balcony glass needed cleaning. the staff did change the room the following day, but the glass was still not clean. It was not ideal.

the staff responded quickly to requests. they arranged breakfast boxes for our trip. they also helped order a bus to the mall. they provided a quick taxi to the airport in the morning.

i found a restaurant, coffee shop, lounge, pool, and gift shop on the premises. the staff was amazing! the food was AMAZING!!! i had dinner at the restaurant and the dishes were really good buffet style. the room was clean and had a balcony.
the first room i booked was very small. when i asked for another room, i was told it wasn't ready. the check-in process was very slow. i didn't feel like anyone was interested in helping me.
