the room was clean and had necessary items, like wifi and a coffee maker. the hotel is close to everything i needed, made getting around simple.
The wash basin trap had some issues. Even small items could clog it, which wasn't ideal

the hotel provided convenient amenities like functional wifi, which allowed me to stay connected, and i noticed the hotel offered a reliable coffee maker which was great for morning caffeine.

Staff at the reception were quick to help, i am grateful for their responsive service. They addressed my questions and requests without delay, and it made for an efficient check-in and check-out process.

the room itself was acceptable.
Housekeeping seriously missed the mark. i requested water and waited over two hours for it to arrive. I even had to call again. upon delivery, i was asked to pay for the water, a practice i had not experienced during previous visits here. there was also a cockroach in my room, and the cleanliness was generally subpar with noticeable dust and dirt.

the hotel location helped me. my room had clean, large spaces. staff gave good service i consider it nice.
I found a disco sound during the whole night. sounds came from another room. tv was not clear. This bothered me.

the hotel stands near many shops and restaurants. it is about 600 meters from the metro. this proximity makes transportation and dining quite easy. therefore, exploring the area is not a problem.

my room was clean every day. the housekeeping staff were really thorough. they also supplied water daily. overall, the rooms were satisfactory and the service was reliable. it was valuable.
