The hotel had a gym open 24 hours a day, which i found very useful for adjusting to the local time. The breakfast included in the price was good. I really appreciated its proximity to the mosque. The hotel arranged a reasonably priced ride to the airport for me, too.
My room did not include bathrobes, and there were only two pillows on the bed.

The staff was very kind. I found them eager to help with any requests or questions i had . Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, the room was always tidy. The front desk provided efficient and friendly assistance.

The room featured comfortable beds. I had a restful sleep each night. The design was modern and elegant. The room size allowed freedom of movement. The shower's water pressure was fantastic. I enjoyed refreshing showers after long days.

Excellent Stay Experience

The gym is complete with equipment and kept very clean. I appreciate the staff's accommodating nature and friendliness especially Joyce and Mridula helped make check-in and check-out very smooth. The reception team was cute, polite and professional.
There were only two pillows provided in the room and i found no bath robes.

The breakfast had good options available and the restaurant staff maintained high standards. I saw sufficient water provided in the room daily which was very useful. The fridge worked very well.

The hotel is in a great location with taxis always readily available outside. It took only twenty minutes to walk to the metro station from the hotel. I used uber extensively and found it reliable.

Karim and Joan at the front office were polite and efficient . Vinod provided excellent service ensuring food was prepared and delivered promptly. I appreciated his daily attention and dedication to service.

The room was clean and spacious! The housekeeping staff were professional. I found the reception team helpful . The location was convenient for accessing various services and shops nearby.
The room service was not readily available when I requested it one evening. I was told it was limited due to an event happening at the hotel, inconvenient.
