The location was central. I could easily walk to all the main attractions. the outdoor seating area added a nice touch, and i found the food to be consistently good with quick service. i was especially happy to find the staff helpful.
the entrance stairs showed some wear and tear, presenting a slightly misleading first impression compared to the rest of the hotel.

Mixed experience a letdown

The parking situation was frustrating. The limited spaces filled quickly and street parking had too many restrictions. This caused unneeded stress. Also the bar service felt rushed and impolite I felt unheard when I asked about the menu.

The staff were helpful and friendly . I found the provided tea and coffee facilities in the room convenient (a nice touch). The location was also excellent, offering easy access to nearby amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the sea view from the hotel.
The stairs to reach my room were a bit steep. It could be challenging with mobility issues.

the location is great I had a part sea view from my room there was a nice selection of tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits available. i was invited to the evening quiz night by a friendly staff member upon checking in food is good also restaurant service is good.
the car park holds a maximum of 8 or 9 cars and was already full upon my arrival

The breakfast in the bar featured very high-quality sausages. I especially loved the log burner going during breakfast. It added a lovely touch. I also found extra pillows in the wardrobe, very useful. The location provided easy access to the beach and shops.
The parking was tight but I was able to find a spot eventually.

the location was alright it was close to things I needed.
the room cleanliness was a problem I found someone else's hair in the bathroom. the tv remote did not work and I had to ask for a replacement. also, the breakfast service was really slow each morning.
