the staff was friendly and helpful during my one night stay the location was convenient to termini station
my room faced the street and the noise level was very high i heard traffic all night it made it difficult to sleep the thin walls didn't help either

I appreciated the hotel's location, just a short walk from the metro. The hotel felt secure because of the 24-hour desk service. My room was well appointed and clean. It was great for my short stay. I also liked the refrigerated cooler downstairs. It had water and beverages available for purchase.
The rooms have poor sound isolation. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the hotel is near the termini station , maybe only a ten-minute walk. many bus lines throughout the city are within walking distance. the staff are always helpful and friendly. a cleaning lady came and changed the towels and tidied up the room after only one night. the reception even called to ensure we had everything we needed.
the room was quite small and a bit cramped. it interrupted sleep a few times because of power cuts on the first night.

the staff provided help with directions and offered suggestions for local eateries , showing a commitment to guest satisfaction. receptionists managed inquiries efficiently , always greeting guests with a smile and quick assistance. bell service was available to help with luggage during check-in and check-out.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions and local restaurant suggestions. my room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. i especially liked the rooftop terrace, a relaxing space after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel is also close to the metro station.
my room faced the street and i experienced street noise late into the night.
