great location clean room comfortable bed helpful staff

the hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions. i found the room clean and the bed comfortable. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby (it was a nice touch!). the staff was friendly and helpful .

the room size was a bit smaller than expected.

inadequate breakfast cleaning schedule

The location was acceptable. It was close to several attractions.

I was really frustrated with the breakfast. It included only a small croissant and a coffee. this is hardly what i would call a real breakfast, and it felt quite inadequate for the price i paid. plus, the cleaning wasn't done daily, which i found unacceptable given the high rate.

i found the proximity to major attractions very convenient. adjustable temperature controls kept the room comfortable, and the staff were efficient. i appreciated the clean room, too. it.

the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours, leading to some waiting time.
