The food and drink offerings were good.
The room could have been cleaner. The floor seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom also had A smell of sewage, unpleasant. Breakfast seemed expensive, costing £17 per adult, I think.

I will always choose this hotel when I come back. The staff is so kind and attentive. Rooms are very clean, what a relief! The prices are fair and I used the returning guest discount.

The hotel offers a great location. Town center is just 10 minutes by foot. The proximity to local shops makes everything very convenient. This excellent location makes the area very walkable.

The breakfast was lovely with many choices available to select from the day before. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and tea and coffee were available in unlimited amounts. The restaurant food tasted delicious and the meals looked amazing and beautifully presented.

I appreciated the iron with ironing board in the room. The hair dryer worked well. The room also had a fan. I used the fridge. It kept my drinks cold.
The breakfast was not worth the price charged.

The staff was Friendly, which i valued a lot. the food was beyond fabulous. Every meal was a delight. the rooms are well-appointed, offering ample space and comfort. i found everything to be wonderful overall.
the room smelled slightly, and an air diffuser would improve the atmosphere. i also think bottled water in the room would add a nice touch.

The breakfast service was superb with a well-cooked and presented full English. The staff were friendly and helpful. It. The hotel's location is NEAR Vivary park. The visit was easy. BUT THE car park costs £5 per vehicle per night.
