the location was fantastic! it was literally steps away from the masjid. i received a really spacious superior triple room city or patio view. there were also many amenities within the room like slippers and bathroom essentials.
The reception staff i encountered on february 22, 2024, around 7:00 am were not very helpful. the person at the reception struggled with english and wanted me to speak arabic. i felt this was inappropriate since i was visiting from the uk. the room carpets needed better cleaning. They seemed worn out.

I found the check-in process quick. i also liked the breakfast. The options were varied and tasty. the staff was really friendly and helpful during my entire stay. the location near gate 365 was also really convenient for accessing the haram.
the ac monitoring in my room could have been better.

My beautiful twin room had a great view. the room had large windows and comfortable beds. the decor was simple, yet the room felt very functional. The bathroom included a shower and basic toiletries, that's what was important.

The hotel had a lovely hijazi tent. it provided a place to relax with a view. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. The food was constantly replenished, and the service was quick. Though the parking was an extra charge.

The location was perfect! the hotel is close to the prophet's mosque, it was easy to go pray. many shops and restaurants are near the hotel. Made it easy to find places to eat and purchase some items.

The location was superb. It was close to the Prophet's Mosque!!! Breakfast was excellent. The staff were courteous and kind.
The room carpets need cleaning. Better yet, replacement.

the front desk staff were helpful. mr majd accommodated the guests very well. mohsin and alamgir were helpful throughout my stay. the location is very close to gate 365 (just a block away).
the breakfast buffet was acceptable, but it lacked dessert options. i would have liked to see a few more sweet choices available in the mornings.

the room included a touch screen for adjusting the water temperature in the shower. this made it easy to get the water to the right temperature quickly. the room was generally clean upon arrival (which i appreciated).
