mixed feelings about my stay
small room foul odor
the location is directly across from almasjid alnabawi western gates, a definite advantage.
The room was small and cramped. it was like it was designed for two beds, not the three it contained. This left very little space to move around. i also found a persistent foul odor in the bathroom, quite off-putting, the room was overcrowded.

small room low pressure
The room they gave me was pretty small. i booked a "standard quadruple room city view," but it felt more like a standard double. also? the water pressure in the shower was a joke. It trickled out. getting clean took forever, and that's not how i wanted to spend my precious time.

Excellent Stay Near the Haram
great service thoughtful gesture
the customer service and cleanliness were both excellent. every staff member treated me with kindness. they brought me a scale to weigh my luggage to make sure i would not be overweight for my flight. it was thoughtful.
the walls were cracked and peeling, which detracted from the otherwise positive experience. the 'city-view' was just a view of the alley. hot water in the shower stopped after 2 mins.

unpleasant odor low water pressure
The hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby markets.
The room I booked felt quite cramped with three beds. It seemed originally designed for fewer occupants! The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor, and I found the water pressure to be quite low. These issues detracted from the overall experience
