the hotel's proximity to the haram proved convenient (a real advantage for daily prayers). numerous restaurants and stores nearby offered diverse dining and shopping choices. i found the fast check-in quite efficient, especially considering the number of guests arriving. the helpful staff ensured my questions were answered promptly.

The hotel's proximity to the mosque was convenient. Staff demonstrated friendliness from the reception desk to housekeeping, this helped a lot. The rooms looked clean, especially with renovated features. The TV, fridge, and bathroom fixtures seemed new and functioned well.
The check-in process experienced delays due to system issues. the manager did his best.

small bathroomnoisy environment
The bathroom was quite small I noticed. The shower stall had some problems the sliding door did not close properly. Water leaked onto the floor while I showered I had to use extra towels to mop up the water. There was also a lot of noise from both the staff and other guests it was difficult to rest.

The hotel is near several shops. This made getting necessities very easy.
The room was not cleaned to a high standard upon my arrival. Some spots needed more attention.

the hotel is near gate 338, convenient for women visiting rawdah. supermarkets, shawarma shops, and kiosks are nearby. the receptionist was helpful and allowed an early check-in! the housekeepers were fast and attentive.
the bathroom amenities weren't very good.
