our room was a superior double or twin room. i found all staff members very friendly. it was a joy to wake each morning .
the shower pressure was not adequate. getting the right temperature was almost impossible. the mixer did not work properly.

the cottage was quite spacious for my group. we loved its cozy feel! its location was great too. the main hotel was just across the road. that was very handy for any questions or needs we had.
my room had a squeaky floor. every single floorboard made noise! the breakfast room looked lovely. however, i waited to be seated for a while.

I found the location outside the town very convenient. the staff were attentive. the food in the evening and breakfast were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the pub's beers, as they brew them on-site.
The floorboards in my room creaked quite a bit. It was a minor distraction.

a decent experience overall

the breakfast was excellent and extensive. the staff members were helpful, especially when i needed a taxi. food in the pub was tasty.
The room decor seemed a bit tired. there was dust under the bed. the cleaner should pay more attention to the base when vacuuming. i had to walk outside to get to the bar when it rained.
