lovely staffbeautiful designgreat locationexcellent value
i stayed for several nights and found the staff lovely they even wrote a handwritten note upon my arrival the interior design in both the rooms and communal areas was beautiful i especially enjoyed the location in the 11th arrondissement with its great accessibility and safe feeling the value was also a standout feature for the quality received
during my visit i noticed the rooms were a bit smaller than anticipated it worked for my stay but future guests should be aware of the cozy dimensions

the hotel is situated close to the rue des boulets metro station line 9 offering very easy access to various parts of the city i found this proximity convenient for exploring local attractions. nearby there are pharmacies and supermarkets.

the location was accessible to transport it was acceptable
for two days the cleaning staff did not collect coffee mugs during room cleaning the bath towels and bath mat were taken and not replaced i had to get new ones the pillows were very uncomfortable and i was told no other type was available the room was cold too even with the air conditioning set high

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful (they even helped me with my luggage). the location was very convenient, close to multiple metro stations and restaurants. the room was recently renovated and clean. i really liked that free drinking water was available at the dispenser.
The bathroom in my room was a bit small. I found it slightly difficult to bend over.

The room was REALLY small. They did not clean the beds and did NOT offer any clean towels. I had the same towels for almost three days.

The breakfast was not good. The baguettes tasted stale each morning. the selection was very limited and items ran out quickly. the receptionist was also absent at checkout and a staff member who didn't speak english had to cover the desk it was like they were understaffed.
