The room was excessively warm and the windows faced the stairwell. My children were not comfortable with the windows open when we slept.

the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was also great for the price. i love that the location is near a metro station so it is very handy, though the staff were excellent as always and very helpful.
The walls are very thin. I could hear a normal conversation from in the hallway. my shower was like a mist, not a proper shower. I think this makes it a solid 2-star hotel, not a 3-star one.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. i really liked the coffee machine. It was available at any time. i also appreciated the location near the metro station. this made getting around the city very easy
The room felt very cramped for two adults. we hardly had space for our bags. also, the showerhead was not great. It took a long time for the water to get warm.

the staff at the front desk was very nice! my friend left something behind, the staff posted it promptly and issue free, that was a credit to them.
i found a bad smell in the bathroom, the humidity in the wall of the room was noticeable. i ended up sleeping with an open window because otherwise the air was not breathable.
