the location was convenient near the metro station. i found a grocery store just across the street and several fast food restaurants nearby. the staff were helpful and courteous. the neighborhood felt safe , even late at night.
the soundproofing wasn't great, so i could hear some noise from other rooms.

I loved that the metro station was right outside. It made getting around so easy! the hotel super nice team, i mean, really friendly and always smiling. they even let me check in a bit early, what a lifesaver!
The room was smaller than i expected. It felt a little cramped to be honest. the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear a lot of street noise at night! it was quite loud making it difficult to sleep

i found the room clean towels were refreshed daily i also found body soap and hand soap refreshed when empty. i liked that the hotel sits just on the corner of the metro i also noted two supermarkets nearby.
the noise from adjacent rooms late at night bothered me sometimes it continued into the early hours. the shower curtain was TOO short water splashed onto the bathroom floor i had to use towels.

The staff was helpful. they allowed me to store luggage safely before check-in and after check-out. the metro is just outside the door. It made travel easy. i found local cafes nearby and enjoyed exploring.
