Really good Hotel Experience!
amazing locationnumerous stationswas so niceadded convenience
I appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness greatly. The spa exceeded my expectations, especially for a 3-star hotel. The hotel's location proved amazing, providing easy access to numerous metro stations. A supermarket nearby offered added convenience.
The steam room was unfortunately not working, and the jacuzzi could have been hotter.

The breakfast had amazing croissants at a reasonable price. The hotel is close to the metro and bus line 69. This bus line travels through the city center. The reception responded efficiently to all my requests.
My room was small, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. I found some dust on the floor.

The breakfast blew my mind. Their croissant selection is amazing and super affordable. the location is magnificent. The metro is close, and bus line 69 runs by all the main sights. the cleaning service was perfect. They cleaned my room every single day. the tv had many channels, a fantastic variety to choose from.
the air conditioning was not working properly and despite me mentioning this to the front desk it was not fixed, so i woke up from the heat in the middle of the night every night i was there.

my executive double room included a king bed with fresh linens and soft pillows. A small work desk with multiple power outlets was available. The blackout curtains effectively blocked out all external light, ensuring restful sleep.

The breakfast area featured a wide range of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot items. i noticed the spa offered a hot tub. Unfortunately the steam room was out of service at the time. The front desk offered luggage storage after checkout.
