The hotel was clean both inside and out. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area featured many sunbeds and shade with a mix of grass, palm trees, and concrete areas. My bed was also comfortable, and the shower worked fine.
The TV in my room offered primarily Spanish channels.

The reception team provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out. Staff members at the bar were very friendly and efficient. They always greeted me with a smile and responded quickly to my requests.

The location is great if you are arriving by tram or bus, it is not too far. Plenty of bars and shops are nearby. The beach is also about a ten-minute walk away from the hotel.
