amazing locationunavailable roomunhelpful staff
The location was amazing. It was easy to reach from the main train station.
i joined their members group expecting early check-in, but i got 'upgraded' to a family room. this family room was unavailable until later. finding staff proved difficult, and the woman i found just told me to 'come back later'.

basic stay with issues
good locationsmall roomineffective heater
the location was good providing easy access to nearby transportation and attractions.
i found the room to be quite small making it difficult to move around with luggage the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom made it stuffy and uncomfortable the heater was not working effectively requiring me to open a window to regulate the temperature a bit frustrating.

The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. The downstairs lounge offered a microwave and hot water kettle. I found self check-in and check-out very simple to manage.
The room I had was quite small. It was hard to open two pieces of luggage at the same time.
