check-in was quick. The room included a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. Location is outside the town centre, though everything is within a ten minute walk.
Parking is difficult. Spaces are limited, and permits disappear quickly.

The breakfast was satisfactory. The freshly cooked order was appreciable (especially the eggs). The location was suitable. It was close to the venue i needed to access.
The parking availability presented challenges. Spaces were limited despite the advertised free parking. The wifi signal was unstable. It dropped out frequently on the second floor.

the location is close to the heart of the town. rooms were cleaned every day, and fresh bedding was provided. we had tv, an iron, and tea and coffee-making facilities. the hotel gave us a parking permit for on-street parking.
it was not very practical with luggage.
