the room was very nice it belied the rather scruffy exterior and street. self check in was easy and i did not have to carry a key with me. the hosts were very prompt with their communications and clear in their instructions on how to find the hotel and how to access it.
there was no staff to contact if anything went wrong the whole thing was very impersonal. the shower head needs fixing.

the car park was a couple of minutes away on foot. the ferry to innis mor and the town were a very brief walking distance. the location is quite calm and very walkable.

the hotel is close to some good restaurants and pubs. there was free water and tea and coffee in the room. a coffee machine was also inside the room for easy access.

the location proved excellent. a car park was only minutes away. the ferry terminal to innis mor and the heart of the town was a short walk. i found the ear plugs were provided (a thoughtful touch).
the room was on an upper floor. i had to manage six flights of stairs with luggage.

I found the rooms quite lovely and impeccably clean, a HUGE plus for me! the bed was REALLY comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. i adored the hallway decor and the room's style. It had such a great, cute vibe.
