both the receptionist and the hotel manager, john kay, greeted us warmly. they even helped us with our luggage to the bedroom. the cleanliness was great . the food and beverages were very well presented and of top quality!!!

The hotel car park is too small. I had to park a long way from the hotel during a festival.

My time here was dreamy. The swimming pool was very clean i remember it being so refreshing each morning! the hotel's nearness to the beach and those lovely restaurants! the twin room provided plenty of space, a good surprise with the option of a bath or shower.

I found the room spacious with ample storage. This helped keep things organized. the reception area felt cute and created a good first impression. i appreciated that the staff was helpful and informative. This made the check-in process smooth. parking was available, though limited. this was quite convenient.

I noticed some noise from bathroom fans. The sounds seemed to carry from other rooms starting early. this was slightly disruptive.

Our room offered a lovely patio. The staff always had smiles. I loved the £1 massage chairs near the pool. Such a treat, they were! The manager helped us with parking, securing a spot in the hotel carpark.

The window in our room only opened slightly, the room was very warm.

i found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. they quickly provided gluten-free options for breakfast (cereal, bread, and sausages) for a member of my party, which i thought was a nice touch. the location is convenient (i walked to the town center in just five minutes).

my room was too hot, and the windows did not open sufficiently (it was a bit stuffy). however, the hotel provided a fan to help, which i did appreciate.
