the receptionists were helpful, which i guess is the bare minimum you expect.
Honestly, the noise was terrible (and i'm not usually one to complain). i was in a room near reception, i think, and it sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around until well after midnight. then, bright and early at 6 am, the party started again. also, good luck finding enough plug sockets near the mirror if you plan to use a hair dryer. Prepare for some acrobatics.

The staff greeted me warmly at the door, very kind. The room included built-in charger sockets, a feature I find very practical. A self-opening wardrobe was available in the room. I managed this with a hair tie.
I noticed some slight wear on the walls , otherwise the room was great.

The staff were very cute. I liked that there was a locked gate at the front of the building. Cleanliness and decor received attention. I found the host and the place very cute.
There was noise coming from a neighbouring room. The occupant was sick half the night, so I struggled to sleep.

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the brand new doors that had locks. My room also benefited from modern updates and good quality. I liked the free upgrade to an ensuite that I received. I noticed parking was available onsite. It needed payment but felt secure. The rooms are different. It adds a lot of character. There are no frills, but it is clean. The hotel has everything a guest needs. It is not too far from the center. It is within a short walk to shops. The grounds are kept up.
My only complaint is I notice some guests were noisy very late at night.
