The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower worked great! i loved the coffee and tea making facilities. They were a nice touch. we got great advice from the staff about exploring the city, and it.
my room had a really small window and not much light, so it felt pretty dark, which wasn't ideal.

The room felt quite dark. It faced an inner courtyard and the artificial lighting wasn't great either, not even in the bathroom. also, i really missed having enough surfaces to put things. There were only bedside tables in the room, and not even a shelf in the bathroom. it was awkward. the absence of a shelf was quite inconvenient, artificial lighting

The location was central and convenient. It made getting around very easy (especially for sightseeing).
I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable late into the night. The absence of a refrigerator in the room was also inconvenient. I had hoped to store some drinks and snacks.

the room size and the beds were acceptable. the facility seemed fairly new.
i found the welcome to be unfriendly and some staff were rude. despite a higher price range than comparable hotels, the room lacked a fridge (which i find essential), the shower felt cheap, and the soap was of low quality.
