i was pleased with the helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff. rozy, isaac, dennis, and claudia were especially nice (they really made a difference). the room was perfectly clean, which i definitely noticed. i found the breakfast to be wonderful.

My room included a washing machine and this was a great convenience. The location provided easy access to many sites. The staff, namely Marjan and Rosie, was friendly and assisted me with my questions.
The kitchen lacked sufficient equipment. I found only four glasses in an apartment meant for a larger family. I needed to request basic items like tea bags and kitchen tissue.
