The front desk process was smooth. I had no issues communicating in English. The room and bathroom were clean! The microwave and fridge were a welcome surprise. I really liked it, though the parking was expensive.

i found the hotel near everything. it was accessible and the price was great. the front desk staff was helpful. i felt welcomed (which i always appreciate).
the hotel didn't offer housekeeping, so it felt more like a bed and breakfast. this wasn't ideal for a longer stay.

there were affordable eating places across the road in chinatown. i also found options at the back of the hotel on sainte catherine street. there was even a sports pub nearby.
