The room included a full kitchen with utensils and pans, a real plus. We found the gym had sufficient equipment and free laundry was very convenient. The location was walkable to many attractions and the reception staff was friendly. I was happy with our stay overall (it really suited our needs).
The corridors looked a little tired. The carpets could use a deep clean.

Our suite had two queen beds and a sofa. There was also a tv and a full kitchen complete with utensils, plates and cups. The size was spacious, perfect for a longer vacation.

The location is central, near Complexe Desjardins and Place d'Arts metro station. I found the area walkable with easy access to sites and restaurants. There is also a supermarket within walking distance.

The front desk staff was very kind. The room included a kitchen. It was very convenient. Several attractions was in walking distance from this spot. It gave a secure feeling for me. I liked it.
There are fees for parking that I was not aware of prior to arrival.

There are multiple restaurants near the hotel within easy walking distance. A supermarket is also accessible nearby, which makes it easy to obtain groceries. The kitchen in the room provides all the basic facilities for simple cooking.

The hotel has a laundry room. This is very convenient. The hotel offers free bag storage on checkout day . Underground parking is available on the premises, a bonus. There is also a fitness center.

The front desk did its best to help. The front desk granted me late check out. Staff members were very helpful and kind to guests. Check-in and check-out was very quick.

The hotel has a central location. The location is near the nicest places to visit. A bus station is only a one minute walk away. The metro station is also very close. It is about 6-7 minutes walking distance.

The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. the king studio provided ample space, including a well-equipped kitchen. the staff was friendly, promptly addressing our requests! free laundry services were available. This added convenience was much appreciated.

the staff was always smiling and very helpful. the water pressure in the shower was awesome i enjoyed this. the fitness center was decent it had machines. free laundry machines were available for use too
the counter in the room had stains in several locations i noticed. there was no chair for the 'office' table provided in the room.

the staff were friendly. underground parking was available. the room was like a suite, better than expected. i got an upgrade upon my arrival and was treated with respect. having accessibility to cards was a nice add-on. the location is good.
the exterior of the building was run down. i noticed some of the utensils were dirty. the neighborhood was run down too. the kitchen was limitedly equipped. cleanliness of the room was just okay.
