The staff were helpful. Breakfast included great options. The desk clerk went out of his way to accommodate requests.
The rooms are outdated. Comfort suffers from loud fans. Street noise made opening the windows a difficult option.

The breakfast was okay (certainly edible).
My room had a lingering odor. The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew. I could not find a way to adjust the air conditioning and the room remained too warm for my liking.

Each staff member was cheerful, and their help was invaluable. The free laundry was a GREAT bonus. I found the gym adequate for my needs. It had several machines.
The mattress felt too soft for ME. Most pillows were unfortunately too hard, and the sofa bed was quite firm. I did not get very restful sleep.

The location meant i could walk almost everywhere. This made sightseeing simple and efficient. There were many shops and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast selection was fantastic for my whole family. There were MANY options, catering to various tastes and dietary needs. The dining area was clean and well-kept.

The hotel offered free laundry service, which i used. The gym featured several pieces of equipment for workouts. I found both of these facilities particularly useful and well-kept.

Our suite provided ample space for making our own meals. The suite was perfect. It offered plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.

I had quite an agreeable stay. I received an upgrade. My room was on the 10th floor and it was clean. The staff at reception were courteous. Housekeeping was also respectful and addressed all questions. I received assistance and direction . Checking in and checking out was easy.
The above ground parking was tight to maneuver. It was hard, especially with larger vehicles. I think, it requires some rethinking.

The breakfast area is well maintained. It presents dozens of options. Breakfast had a great selection. The breakfast was decent quality, so i enjoyed it.

The room was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage. My room included a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. I was able to sleep well. everything was in good working order.

The hotel location is convenient and close to attractions. I was able to walk to most locations on foot. Many restaurants are near the hotel. I did appreciate that.

The staff members were cute, warm, and courteous. They were always helpful. The included breakfast offered a good selection. I found it nice to have onsite parking available. the LOCATION was really convenient.
The carpets really need to be replaced. They looked rather worn and tired. The place felt OLD. The reception area was tiny, it felt a little cramped, and there were a lot of hallways leading to the rooms.
