EXCELLENT stay!

I liked that the basic double room was decent and comfy for one person. I asked housekeeping and they ALLOWED me to keep the iron and ironing board throughout my stay. It was SOOOO helpful since my suit and shirts got wrinkled during transport. The location was conveniently close to the Palais des congrès de. It was easy to walk back and forth, I passed through Chinatown along the way.
It takes a long time to get hot water in the shower.

The hotel provides free luggage storage . This is useful if guests arrive too early or are about to leave later in the day. I saw a few vending machines in the lobby area, handy for a quick snack or drink.

The hotel is well placed, I could easily reach tourist hotspots. There IS a grocery store nearby, handy for quick food. The hotel is near Chinatown with MANY places to eat. It is also near to the train station.

The hotel provides free breakfast in the morning. There was fresh fruit, alongside pastries. I appreciated the coffee machine, SO I could have my morning caffeine fix before heading out for the day. BUT the breakfast selection was limited

The room felt quite cramped. It was a double room non-smoking. i found hairs on the blanket. That was not a good start. also, a microwave was absent from the room. It would have been convenient to have one.

The location was very central to many things I wanted to see. The staff was always nice and helpful anytime I had questions. The room was compact but very clean and orderly. I found the bed very comfortable for good rest after long days.
