charmed capsule experience!

convenient location well trained staff clean bathroom

I found the location very convenient. it was a short walk to the train station and close to a market. they provided cutlery without charge, which helped. the shared bathroom was very clean. the reception staff were kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my stay WITH my mother.

the earplugs were not effective, i could hear noises from other guests. it impacted my sleep. the closet for storing things lacked ventilation, so my shoes didn't get any air. it's an important point.

The staff offered really good support. they provided helpful information about local attractions. furthermore, staff members were always available to assist with any requests that i had. It was amazing.

the capsule was comfortable! check-in and check-out were fast. Bluetooth access into the hotel and capsule was very convenient.

Every capsule hotel has dedicated lockers. This one does not. There is a limited number of lockers in the hallway. All of them were already taken when i arrived.

Privacy is GREATLY guaranteed here. Access uses password protection, including the building, hotel, capsule room, and individual capsule. I found the app useful for seamless entry. Staff members are both kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and provided great recommendations.

Lockers were located outside the capsule rooms. I wished lockers were placed inside capsules for quicker access.

The shared bathrooms were clean. Complimentary shampoo and shower gel were available. A water faucet was available in the main room. This allowed easy refilling of water bottles. The entire place has a modern vibe.

My capsule had a comfortable interior with a big mirror. There was sufficient room for luggage storage inside the capsule. The capsule itself includes everything needed for sleeping, VERY useful and convinient.

A nice communal area is available . You can view the street from the common area, VERY cool. The area is perfect, eating, or talking with others, and this offers a social but quiet atmosphere.

Cozy Pod Stay!

quick walk cozy pod well dimensioned showers helpful staff

Location is great because it is a quick walk from the train station. This hotel is super clean and felt cozy. I appreciate the well dimensioned showers and toilets because I did not have to wait. The staff was very helpful and cute.

I thought the corridor locker was not very convenient. I had to buy a lock because they did not mention I needed to bring one. The light seemed a little dim.

The facility implemented advanced technology, such as locks for every bed. Luggage storage is available , made it easier to manage my belongings and Coop is next to the hotel. The bathroom is very clean and nice.
