charmed capsule experience!

I found the location very convenient. it was a short walk to the train station and close to a market. they provided cutlery without charge, which helped. the shared bathroom was very clean. the reception staff were kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my stay WITH my mother.

the earplugs were not effective, i could hear noises from other guests. it impacted my sleep. the closet for storing things lacked ventilation, so my shoes didn't get any air. it's an important point.

Every capsule hotel has dedicated lockers. This one does not. There is a limited number of lockers in the hallway. All of them were already taken when i arrived.

Privacy is GREATLY guaranteed here. Access uses password protection, including the building, hotel, capsule room, and individual capsule. I found the app useful for seamless entry. Staff members are both kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and provided great recommendations.

Lockers were located outside the capsule rooms. I wished lockers were placed inside capsules for quicker access.

Cozy Pod Stay!

Location is great because it is a quick walk from the train station. This hotel is super clean and felt cozy. I appreciate the well dimensioned showers and toilets because I did not have to wait. The staff was very helpful and cute.

I thought the corridor locker was not very convenient. I had to buy a lock because they did not mention I needed to bring one. The light seemed a little dim.
