i appreciated the helpful reception staff and their english skills. my room was spacious and modern. the location was fabulous and close to flixbus stops and the town center, very easy for skiers.

the staff was always available and helpful. i found lockers for ski equipment which came with the room. this also included a quick, ten-minute walk from town. i appreciated that it was so great.
housekeeping did not replenish paper cups and coffee or tea. it was not ideal after a long day.

the location was AMAZING! i was right across the street from the main bus station that goes to all of the ski areas. i had only a very short walk to the main pedestrian area where all the bars and restaurants were. the rooms were efficiently designed.
housekeeping didn't clean glasses, nor did they replenish paper cups and coffee and tea after i used them. i stayed there for 3 nights. the place got hot during the summer! there wasn't a fridge in the room to cool down drinks, unfortunately.

I found my room very spacious. It included a complete living room and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. There was no air conditioning, but I understand this is typical in this area. The hotel offers many fun activities downstairs, like bowling and foosball, contributing to a playful vibe.

The hotel's location was convenient (it made getting around so easy). The bus stop was just outside, and the city center was only a short walk. I also appreciated the availability of ski lockers, even though I did not utilize them this trip.
The housekeeping did not replenish coffee or tea after they were used. there was no fridge in the room, made cooling drinks difficult.
