The staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the room to be clean and quiet. it was easy to reach the hotel by car. The tram offers a direct route to the city.

the shampoo, body wash, and hand wash dispensers were empty. nobody refilled them during my three-night stay. the room was not properly cleaned. there was only one chair, although two people stayed in the room.

The staff was polite and efficient at check in. the included breakfast had good variety and fresh options. the hotel location was near public transport. The tram stop was a short walk. i liked the modern lounge a lot. It had a cozy feel.

The room i stayed in was a small standard double room. there was no closet in the room, it was inconvenient . the hotel personal were neutral. They weren't very friendly like in good hotels.

The staff was VERY nice I felt SO welcome. The breakfast offered a great selection of items. The hotel provided complimentary filter coffee WHICH i appreciated SO much.

The room was small it FELT cramped. There was no minibar in the room i was UNABLE to chill my water. I noticed wear and tear in the room i saw some torn sheets.

the room i got was a standard twin room and it works for me. the beds, both, were comfy plus wifi was great. everything felt so clean and safe here i liked it. my bathroom included big space i enjoyed. its only a 20 minute walk to the city center or you can get the tram number 2 so easy. kaufland supermarket is a two min walk away.

the shower wall is glass i think. it is not transparent exactly still you can see. it is fine for couples but not so great if you're a mom with a teenage son, you know.

A big kaufland supermarket is close by which make shopping easy. tram number 2 is very close. I can reach the city center so fast. the neighbourhood felt okay all time at night, for me it was really good.

The wifi worked well. I had to work. it was very easy to use and well-designed (not something i often find).

the room got unbearably hot at night. at around 21:00, the ac system seemed to be programmed to allow less air. by midnight, it was just miserable. i ended up sleeping with a wide open window but the noise from the street and emergency vehicles made it hard to sleep. flat pillows did not help much either.
