The room was not clean at all. The shower had smears all over the glass and the bathroom floor was sticky. It was quite unpleasant

I found the owner very friendly and helpful! the complimentary drinks were a nice touch and i appreciated the well-organized service. i had forgotten my keys and the host helped me at 2am. That's excellent. free parking was available and the area felt safe, a plus.
The photos online were not consistent with the actual rooms. The room was quite old.

the complimentary bottled water upon arrival was thoughtful i found the shop nearby convenient for quick necessities the staff was very polite whatever i needed. the room was clean and quiet allowing for restful nights.
the bed was firmer than i prefer creating some discomfort throughout my stay i think more padding would help.

the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee i found the wifi reliable for basic browsing the host was very kind assisting with my luggage upon arrival and also provided additional pillows when asked.

Disappointing Condition and Service

My room was very unclean. I saw many spiders on the ceiling. Thick dirt and dust rested under the bed, and walls suffered from filthy stains. Window blinds looked never to have been cleaned, I was very disappointed. Staff seemed clueless and acted like they had no idea. They showed no concern or apology, and I needed to book another place.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. i was allowed to check in early, great. it made my travel plans much easier. i appreciated that the staff are great. They really went the extra mile.
