Wonderful Stay!

Paul was great, very friendly and polite. The bathroom was especially clean, and the bedding felt new. The location was good too (near shops and restaurants). I not sketchy at all .
My only very slight issue was that the tv remote needed new batteries.

There is a Tesco a few minutes away. This makes it very easy to get snacks. A chip shop is also right down the road. It's convenient for a quick meal.

The tv was large at 55 inches. A fridge was in my room, which I appreciated. The room included three single beds. This offered plenty of space.

The manager. He was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The staff was very cute, even when I arrived late.

The bus stop is just outside. It made getting to the city center very simple. I found plenty of on-street parking, always. This accessibility made exploring easy (and I loved that!).

Mixed Experience, Cleanliness Concerns Need Addressing

The TV size was adequate at 55".
The hotel was not as clean as expected. I saw marks on the bed sheets and was unsure if they were clean. The floor had not been properly vacuumed. There was hair and what looked like dead skin. The shared shower was in poor condition. I chose not to use it.

the caretaker paul was very polite he showed me around and was friendly and approachable. bedding was great i slept very well. the bathroom was clean it had a modern design.
it felt unwelcoming at the door since the reception was just a table outside. my room was not ready when i arrived.

this location provides free parking on the road it can be very convenient. there is also a bus stop directly outside this hotel which goes to the city centre. a chip shop and tesco are only a short walk.

the hotel offers a fridge inside the room and also access to a kitchen. the television in the room was of a good size at 55 inches it was clear. the overall hotel was very clean upon arrival.

the staff were cute when i arrived even though i showed up late. they were accommodating to my needs and ensured my stay was easy. the caretaker was very helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay.
