As a group, we booked a family room and a twin room. The family room included one double bed and two singles. It was quite spacious and comfortable during our four-night stay. The location was convenient because it was close to the underground. There were also many restaurants and bakeries nearby that stayed open all day.
My room was not especially clean, and the bathroom tap and basin were not properly cleaned. I reported this on the first day, though it was still not cleaned. The cutlery and food trays was old and dirty because of their condition.

the room got quite warm. staff mentioned the air conditioning wouldn't be turned on until summer. daytime noise interrupted any late morning plans to sleep.

I stayed here for three nights in january 2025 and the staff were super kind. the room was spacious and had everything i needed, including youtube and netflix on the tv. That was a great touch!!! the hotel is near metro stations so it is easy to visit famous places. reception has travel adaptors, drinks, snacks, toiletries and ponchos available for purchase.
the air conditioning wasn't turned on. i was told they don't turn it on until summer.
