the hotel is a short walk from metro line 12. the room had comfortable beds. the staff allowed us to lock away luggage for the day!
I stayed for three nights. i had only one body towel after a day out. My girlfriend and i needed two. i asked for another towel, but they had none! also, the next day, no one brought more towels.

the staff proved friendly. the bed offered comfort. the nearby train station was a quick five-minute walk. a bus station was also conveniently located close to the building. i found the usb charging port by the bed quite useful.
the room felt rather small. i noticed water splashed easily in the bathroom due to the basin design. it was manageable but slightly inconvenient.

the staff was very helpful, eager to assist with taxi arrangements. i found the room to be bigger than expected.. the hotel was modern and well-kept. i also appreciated that the hôtel is a short walk from the arena de la chapelle metro station.
i noticed there was no hairdryer available in the room. the surrounding area seemed a bit unsafe, as it was very close to a questionable neighborhood.
