the breakfast included a very nice selection. the location near the university was convenient. it made getting around easy and efficient. shower was red hot and lovely.

the location is very convenient near a metro station. this made getting around easy. the breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from I enjoyed it. the front desk staff were nice and helpful .
my room was quite small I felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning unit wasn't working properly during the first two nights. I asked for assistance but no one helped with this issue.

The hotel has a perfect location. It is surrounded by many marts and restaurants. Public transportation is easily accessible. The bus stop for Park Guell is just in front of the hotel.
Unfortunately the team at the reception was not cute. They were not cooperative at all. I stayed there for several days and did not receive any support whatsoever.

the rooms were modern and well decorated with a simple style. the shower was perfect. the location is central. i also found the soundproofing to be quite effective despite being on a main street.
i noticed they didn't have slippers when i asked, citing the hotel's three-star rating.

the hotel is located near many highly rated restaurants and cafes. passeig de gracia is a short ten-minute walk away, with top shops and beautiful architecture. there is a supermarket right next to the hotel.

the continental breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon. there is a pizzeria downstairs that guests often recommend, it is convenient. there are many good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

the staff members were friendly and spoke perfect english. they allowed me to leave my bags in secure lockers when i arrived early. the luggage storage included individual boxes with personal pin codes, and it allows retrieving items anytime.

the room was rather small. space was limited. the air conditioning didn't work so well, and i found it difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. plus, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. so inconvenient
