Central Location with Friendly Staff

I was really pleased with the central location , made it easy to explore many attractions. The staff was nice, and they gave good tourist information. I used the café restaurant next door. The staff there were excellent. My room was comfortable.

The location was near the metro station. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice of items. My room had a good shower and space to move around. The reception staff kindly allowed me to check in early when I arrived.

I found the hotel very close to the main attractions. The location allowed easy access to the airport, La Rambla, and the Olympic Stadium. Breakfast included many options, and I appreciated the readily available tea and coffee refills. I also found friendly reception staff. Vaida and Xantal gave a cute service.
I thought the street had a lot of traffic. It seemed very busy at all hours.

The location was acceptable, being a short walk to the Metro station.
The housekeeping was awful. Staff entered my room unannounced once. Another time, despite the 'do not disturb' sign, they entered anyway and moved my things, even placing some items on the floor. It was unacceptable.

great central stay
smooth check insecure roomcigarette butts
i had a smooth check in because i booked online. the staff let me leave my luggage in a secure room since i arrived early. i explored the city without carrying my bags.
i found a lot of cigarette butts on the outside window ledge despite the no smoking policy. i woke up one morning with no hot water and it took a while to get fixed.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was simple to reach the Barceloneta using the D20 bus. The room was minimal, yet COMFORTABLE. I found a toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste provided. This was a nice gesture. The breakfast provided a plentiful and delicious array of options. I was grateful for the friendly staff in the dining room. The front desk staff offered help. They were generous. I appreciated the excellent central location. It was close to everything I needed. The staff were nice and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The street noise was somewhat disruptive.

the breakfast had lots of selection. the staff were friendly and able to speak english. the location is good and its near the metro. there are many supermarkets and restaurants around.
i got room 1304 and it had a dirty floor. the ac vents seemed to have mold. the shower was also dirty. when i asked for ice, they told me to buy some at the convenience store.
