the staff provided quick help with any requests! i reserved a double room with twin beds. the room size was perfect. the wi-fi was easy to connect to and worked well.
the room was quite small and i paid extra for a balcony. the balcony was not worth the extra cost however. there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the pillows could also do with an upgrade.

The hotel is in a great central location near the metro and key areas. The staff were VERY helpful. The daily room cleaning was thorough. I appreciated having quiet nights during the whole week.
The bar's toilet is down twenty stairs. This is difficult with walking problems.

The hotel its location is very good. It is not to far from Las Ramblas. I found many restaurants nearby too. Our room had a lovely clean and felt very cute. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choices.
I booked a family room a good time in advance. When I arrived, the hotel staff split us into two smaller rooms. They forced me to be separated from my family. It really ruined our family trip. The manager lacked kindness, empathy, and interest to solve the problem.

small room
The room i got felt really cramped. Barely any space around the bed. it was a standard double or twin room and i expected a bit more room for the price. It was annoying waiting ages for one!

The hotel had a central location near Las Ramblas , made walking everywhere easy. Breakfast was included. It had a great variety of options. The staff were nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
The sound insulation wasn't the best. I sometimes heard street noise at night!

The front desk staff was always available and helpful, assisting with any inquiries I had. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The daily housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean throughout my visit, it was wonderful.
